On receipt, the fixed price will be sent to you by post or e-mail (please indicate your e-mail address, if available).
After receiving your approval, we will proceed with the repair.
If repair is no longer required, we will take care of recycling in accordance with current regulations.
Axiomes guarantee coverage
The Axiomes guarantee covers your machine for a period of six months from the repair date. Our guarantee is in addition to the rights provided under consumer protection law.
Our guarantee does not cover damage resulting from accidents or unauthorised modifications.
Order accessories
Order you original accessories before 5:00 p.m. and, in general, they will be delivered to you on the following business day. Orders are only possible for parts that do not require dismantling of the machine.
